Hello everyone! I wanted to know what I need to put this wheel that is a 6 hole on my Duster, is this adapter the only thing I need? Or do I need the grant installation kit too? I don’t know if this will change your answer but my car doesn’t have a horn so I’m not worried about that.

You will need the adapter kit too, it has the splines to go on the steering shaft.

Also you may need to bend the signal lever back some, as they tend to be too close to the steering wheel when using a flat wheel like that one. I always take the lever off and bend it as to not break the turn signal mechanism.
