Its here again fellas, my break away from college to get my mopar on!
Ill be there once again in my 73 brown duster 360.. running in street and young guns..
I hope to see some familiar faces and hopefully some new ones!

How big is this event and what hotel would you recommend?

The Event is relatively new, i believe 5 years old or so. The number of cars showing up for the car coral and the drag racing grow in number each year. I want to say last year we had about 100-125 or so cars racing, maybe a little more than that broke up over 4 divisions. I normally sleep at the track in my tent, or stay at my grandmothers house so i cant give you firsthand experience with the hotels but there are quite a few nice hotels a few miles up the road in valdosta. You just leave your car at the track and show up the next morning. Everyone is great, lots of parts in the swap meet, and beautiful cars in the car coral! Are you attending? and what part of florida are you from?

Dart, maybe, I'll see as the time approaches whether I want to subject the car to 800 miles of driving in 3 days.

Very big, and good luck finding one.

Bring a big van or camper.

They got the race purse up, but not sure what numbers the "Payout based on car count" is based on.

As for motels, there was a "Family World" at the track exit. But their # is disconnected and they may be closed (again). I've stayed north of the track at a Super 8 or Days Inn.
