No fees or other costs. I just have to take it to the UPS store right next my gym. Do you notice what's wrong with it??

The dial is printed backwards.

Bingo! It looked good in theory. Still usable with a vernier caliper, but dammit. Really?!

If is is a spring tester, the scale should labeled lbs or lbs-force, not PSI. And the micrometer dial is screen printed in reverse.
