My Aunt and Uncle are in the sea salt business and make some of the most amazing sea salt it the world. It's great on everything even in baking. My favorite though is the alder smoked, dang it's tasty.

Anyway if you guys could like their facebook page it would help put them a lot closer to winning the big grant prize thing, which would help the stream line production (just the two of them right now) when they could buy some more equipment.

I use sea salt a lot, it's better for you than the iodized IMO. The grant thing is over though, it ended the end of June.

Do they have a website?
 
smoke flavored salt? Do they have a watermelon flavor?

YES! PSC ended up with 305 votes, 55 more than needed to qualify for review by the business expert panel. :-D I'm keeping everything crossed until they announce the winners on or before September 15.

im gonna order some of the alder smoked sea salt right now thanks for sharing this with us
 
i've started using celtic sea salt. supposed to have all kinds of minerals that are good for ya. may have to check this stuff out also..
