Has anyone used them before? I placed an order for some window regulators about a week ago, they instantly sent me an email letting me know that they would get back to me with shipping and handling prices and the final bill of sale. But still no follow up email. I have tried to call but it just rings and rings and rings. They don't respond to my emails either. Is this normal for them?????

I have placed orders twice online with them and got the email instantly but nothing besides that. I figured maybe my first order wasnt big enough so the last one was for a bunch of stuff 6 or 8 items and never heard anything but got the email.

I used them awhile ago and had my parts fast(I called)
From what I hear they are impossible to get a hold of now. To bad because he has a lot of hard to find clips and hardware.

Same story here; I was hunting some odds & ends for the wife's Swinger last year - like in February or there about. Got on the phone with the guy (I think he said his name was Tom) and we discussed parts and cars and BS'ed for at least an hour. I ordered a bunch of stuff - mostly small, nit-noi parts, and I got off the phone. By mid-April nothing has shown up so I start calling, and calling, and calling. NEVER ANY ANSWER. I even called up MCG (since he advertises in their magazine) and asked if they knew what happened to this guy or if the guy was even still in business. They had no idea either, but his ads are still appearing there. If anyone ever finds out what the deal is with this guy please post it so we'll all know.

well im glad im not the only one, at least he hasn't got my money.....

Tom is a good guy but he works alone, i know he was sick at the Nats and packed up and went home. keep calling.

Yeah I have bought lots of stuff off him but only at the shows.....All I can say is keep calling him. I know he travels and goes to all of the shows he can and being by himself thats gotta be tough but it's not excuse for poor customer service.

I called them to order some clips for my vinyl top and a few other odd nuts that I couldn't find anywhere. I spoke with Tom and we chatted for a good 30 minutes about Mopars, his Challenger and the new website he had recently launched (early April this year). Social fellow! He confirmed on the call that he had the various parts in stock and would ship them out the next day. I received the parts shortly after.

I have ordered from Tom and spoke w/him on the phone. No problems w/order he had everything in stock. Plan on ordering again this week.

I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF HIM!!!!!!!!! PARTS ON THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!

Tom was reallly nice on the phone, i guess he only operates one phone at a time. Anyways thanks for all the help guys...

Tom & I have been friends for almost 15 years. He is a great guy. His business has been growing and he does travel alot. He really does need to get some help but he likes to make sure things are correct even if it does slow down the process a bit.

Have used them many times but usually purchase from them at a show, only ordered once but it was without issue.

i just ordered some door panel clips from rt. we'll see what happens. laysons has them cheaper but im not even going to try them.

i would say that we have been friends for 10 years i was sad when he moved his shop east. Tom is a great guy I started as a customer ended as a friend.

Unless you have tried to run a small business, you would not understand all the "LIST OF THINGS TO DO" involved in this kind of thing. I'm just truly happy that all these vendors are out there, and that parts are available. We live in a country of "instant gratification", and if we don't get satisfaction immediately we're pissed. The days of 4-6 weeks delivery...whoa that might be too long...LOL.
Glad you got through to him anyhow.

heres the email i got after placing an order. i think its an automated thing. i still havent heard back. ill give it till the middle of next week, after that i wont be able to wait any longer
