Really, didn' know it was for sale. I'e been looking for a 70 Swinger
@Back in Time I missed the ARC show this year. How is your Dart coming along?
Rick.Missed seeing your car. Always amazed by how nice it is. I've pretty much got burned out on it. Wrapping up a couple things then listing it for sale.Just wasn't turning out like I planned..
I'm sorry to hear that I am stuck on my Red Dart right now. I pulled the motor to detune it, but I just don't have the motivation I did when I was building the car for the track. I really never intended it to be a street car, and as it is, it's not the street car I will be happy with. I've thought about parting it out and doing something a bit more radical with the '60 Dart Seneca. BTW, I tried to send you a PM, but it says your mailbox is full.
Motivation is my problem also.I would imagine the closing of Speed World messed up the Drag Car thing some. Have not been 100% happy with the Dart so will sell it as a solid project or parts car. You win some you lose some. I emptied my Mail Box.
Just in case anyone in the area is interested there is a car show Saturday 4/14 in Skull Valley, AZ at the Skull Valley Elementary School. Some of us from the Prescott area will be there around 9:30-10 am. 2nd Annual Skull Valley Car Show - Apr 14, 2018 - Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce, AZ
oppps I thought I found a fantastic deal but after rereading it and not looking at the picture, I was in error. BTW mark that down, first time ever I was mistaken
Looks like this Saturday will be the last sub-100* MOPAR night at Pavillions...low to mid 90's for the days high. Should be a great day Got some more pieces put back on so I need an excuse for another shakedown run
Never go there anymore. Too many AO's.
Just the Corvette guys but that's expected
Well...since its MOPAR night...3rd saturday, right? We'd get the best parking so lets all go and out-douchebag them! wear your best "chevys suck" attire... chant in unison "wrap your ass in fiberglass"...
Filled the tank with high-test oil vapor control "issue" seems to be...under control sub 190* running temps all readings nominal...we are go for launch
Nice, nice, very nice (ambrosia,1976, for the kids) Near perfect weather Caught up with old, maybe some new... looked to me as if a good time was had by all 95* air temps and never above 195* in city traffic.
Sounds lime it worked out. I made it home but it still ran hot
swapmeet this sunday sunday sunday... GCC monthly...
i might have to go to this. anyone need /6 parts/ carbs/ pwr steering pumps/ air cleaners
I have been there a few times and the only Mopar parts I saw were wall clocks
Everytime I've gone I've come up with something I can use. You have to give a careful look. Wont know until you go
GCC swap this coming sunday...july 1st I think its the last one for the summer so make you list and put on some walkin' shoes! Last chance to collect those parts that'll keep you busy indoors during this delightful summer! See if I can find a inexpensive 650 holley this time...and maybe a couple tires for the truck...
What kind of truck tires you looking for?
95 F250 235-85-16 been running firestone transforce ht dont drive it a lot so they tend to age out before wearing out. I keep watching CL for take-offs
