So i called a place that makes axles
For my dart.
They asked me if i was going to use bbody brakes.
Just wondering why they asked that
Whats the difference in the axles.

No, its not! The offset of the backing plates is different as is the distance from the bearing to the wheel mounting flange,

No, the dimensions of the end of the axle are different too. You didn't specify which brakes or axle, but here are 8.75" axles from @DoctorDiff
Mopar Axle Package 5 X 4 1/2" (5 X 4.5) Bolt Pattern 30/35 Spline

What did you order? You can have them made a couple different ways-
Stock replacement.
Stock dimensions, but with 4 1/2" bolt circle-which means you can use stock A body brakes, but need to have your drums redrilled (and again any time you replace the drums).
A body width with B/C/E body flange offset and 4 1/2" bolt circle- this allows you to use standard off the shelf brake parts or upgrade to bigger drums or rear disc.
