backspacing on 15x7 on 64 dart

so i want to get some wider wheels in the back and i was thinking of getting some steel wheels in 15x7 with 4in back spacing, and running a 255/60/15 tire, i have a stock 64 dart, you guys think it will work with out a problem? will 15x8 with 4.5 back spacing and same tire size work too?

I put 225-70's on 15x7's with a 4" back space on my 66. There's a little clearance but not much. Check out my thread for pics and dimensions. tmm

The 255-60s are wider of course by a little over an inch. I wouldn't go much bigger.

These are 15x7 with 4in backspace, 255 60 15s.
The car has air shocks and has to sit as you see it to avoid tire rub. If you can get 4.25 to 4.375 back spacing those 255s would fit much better.
