'Fraid so. You will need proper spool mounts (Schumacher) but the real bear will be exhaust. It's a tad easier with a big block than the Hemi since you don't need to clearance the inner fender, move the master cylinder over, or lose the heater blower motor. The cheapest big block headers are fenderwells and you lose a lot of steering lock with them. Chassis exit are available but pricey. Have heard that '65 C body big block exhaust manifolds work on the drivers side. You will also need a C body oil pan with the notch for idler arm clearance. The only thing that is a direct bolt up is the tranny mount and crossmember. If you are planning on using your 4 speed you will need a big block bellhousing, clutch fork, and clutch for a 23 spline input shaft. If you go with an automatic you will need an 8 1/4 rear minimum, 8 3/4 with the 4 speed. Also plan on cutting your driveshaft to fit. Hope this helps.
