BB swap drivers side engine mount

Getting ready to swap the engine in the Duster with my fresh 505 and would like to swap at least the driver's side mount. The 440 was already in the car when purchased and it looks like an old Schumacher kit. Is there a better mount than the factory style rubber mount that will get shredded instantly with 650 ft lbs of torque? All the kits currently available seem to be rubber.

If it's a biscuit mount, just run a 3/8" countersink bolt through it with a nylock. You'll never see it and it will never break.

I think you are going to want to add a torque strap if you havent already.

The big block Poly-Locs have been discontinued, Mity-Mounts have been out of stock for a while; so you either need to run a torque strap or make your own solid mounts (not all that hard).
Or make do with one of the available versions of Poly-Locs.

For a stock mount you may even get by with just a 3/16" thick strap bolted to the K and water pump PS boss.
