Anyone having a beer this afternoon? I just cracked one open. Chores are done and a friend left me the rememants of a MGD 20 pack. :) I went on a 6th ave. 90 mph blast early this morning to "Verify" my jetting and timing settings on the RC. :snakeman: I just love that feeling when it comes on the cam from 2500 rpm on up at full throttle. It's like a freaking drug. It had me seriously thinking of pulling the engine and dropping it in the duster and selling the truck body since I have the Jeep. It really does work well in the truck though and is very docile around town at low rpm. Decisions, decisions......

 had a beer a couple of hours ago, now I`m on the second whiskey.
the vacation is about to end with this weekend. Going back to work on Monday. Has been a good vacation though, have had the time to do a lot of work around the house. Cheers. My time is 11:30 PM

Having a cold one right now. Just came in from the garage, I finished installing the dash wiring harness back into the Demon...life is good. Cheers.

:drinkers:I'm with you man. Just got back from picking up my winter beater from leaving it overnight, drove it home with a smashed out rear glass.
I was planning on doing some adjusting to my trans. shifter and linkage on my Duster today, that got rained out.

Only other thing to do at this point :drinkers:, this is just not my day, I can't even find a beer mug smilie, lol.

If I'm still sobber enough later this evening, I will try to contribute to JR's randome drunken...thread.

Cheers

Soon, still arranging a driver for tonight's show at the pier view pub.
' I play drums in a band.'

I tell ya, I'm ready for 1 thats foe show!

my favorites are Boddingtons,lowenbrau,guinnes,budweiser,celebrator

Congrats on your 6th ave. power run ramcharger. Just opened my first coors light( the rockies are blue) after finally finishing the job of replacing the water pump by-pass hose on my dakota r/t. Easy fix,but you have to take the entire freaking serpentine belt system off to get at it & the clutch fan was a nightmare to break loose. Poping #2 now. cheers.

It's 6:50am for me, so no beer. Though I did have a few too many last night.

Would have loved to have been in earshot of your 90mph blast Ramcharger. You don't often hear an angry V8 blasting around the streets where I live anymore! :(

I wish I could have one, its awful hot, but no time now. I'm dismantling the barracuda right now, getting ready for backhalfing and tubbing. I just came in to check to see if I got any pms answered yet. Oh well, back to work. Have one for me.

Thats the way to go. Good luck. Cheers

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Don't let it get the best of you. if it makes you feel better, i'd be right by your side busting up the peckerhead that busted out your window. :-D

Awwsome! All my band friends were drummers for some reason. Maybe 'cause drummers are crazy? :-D

Cheers Oldschool! I'm just glad I didn't get busted, lol. It's pretty cop/commuter free that early in the morning and it's really a highway with 65 mph limit and 6 lanes with center divider. Plenty of room for a blast. :-D Big long entrance ramp too. I had a '97 Dakota 318 (5.2L) five speed, ordered it in the winter of '96. I beat that poor truck to death, lol. I know exactly what mean about working on 'em too.

Austrailia? Cheers mate! I'm still trying to figure out a way to get my camera mounted so I can post a video. It sounds mean as hell. :snakeman: It's fun to see the front end jump up on the 1/2 and 2/3 shifts too, lol.

Sounds like a great project! I'd forgo the beer if I had work to do too. 8)

I'm about to!

Well..... What are you waiting for!!! :-D

Smoking ribs and drink in the montains over hear too! Ran a new larger fuel line on the 64 Dart today. Came out nice..

The wife just left to go to some musical, play crap with her mother and sister. Just popped a top. Ahhhhh!

Already started ramcharger.:drinkers::drinkers::drinkers::drinkers::drinkers::drinkers: :-D

Cheers homecloned! I'm on #3.

2nd one, feels better then the 1st.

Funny how that happens. :read2:

On the topic of acceleration, I've never had the joy of riding in a ten sec. car but I have had opportunity of riding many ten sec and below bikes. A couple standouts are a Ninja 1000 that I built and the owner requested that I add a 50 shot of nitrous...... Hitting the button at 80 mph and having the front end come up is an experience that everyone should have, lol. The other was a '83 Suzuki GSX 1100 I built with 8.5:1 comp Wiseco pistons and a Mr. Turbo kit with alcohol injection. Boost on a bike is trip, that's all I can say.....:cheers:

Free time is good time! Sounds like you got your timing issue sorted out too. :)

Listening to Jackson Browne. The words to this song are great.

Sorry to hear and I know where you're coming from. I'm lucky to have friends that leave "leftovers". :)

Ahh - a Grandad on ice instead of my normal N/A beer. Went down good!

Now that's a heck of a switch! N/A to Whiskey? lol.
