Bending pipe

Anybody ever bend exhaust pipe while on car to gain a little more clearance. If so , how was it done and how did it work out.

I've used a ratchet strap around the trans, or torsion bar, to bend the header/pipe to gain a little clearance where nec. Be careful not to trap anything.

I would not be hopefull. I'd remove it & pack it tight with sand then heat it

heat it, then pry on a part of it thaty isn`t hot, usually doesn`t take much. or, you could flatten it a hair if need be.
