Best Way To Clean Redline Tires

My redline tires are badly faded, what is the best method to get them cleaned up and the red bright looking again? Thanks!

I use Castrol super clean on tires, it cleans them well.

If they are badly faded it may be sun damage or age and it may not get better. They sell a brass wire brush for tires and that may help, may not.

Bristoly brush, I used nylon, and soapy water and lots of scrubbing
