I'm walking to a new bar tonight. It's only about a 9 block walk and I never really care about the walk back anyway, lol! It's a another biker bar, but that's where I'm most comfortable anyway, having been a motorcycle mechanic for 10 years.

There are a few possible outcomes:

1. Have a great freakin' time, win at pool and come home safe and sound with a new lady (the fiance'/wife and I just broke up).

2. Get into a fight again and win and end up in the can.

3. Get into a fight and loose and end up in the hospital or dead.

4. Get run over by a mack truck on the way home and die a quick painless death.

5. I just get drunk, have fun and make it home in one piece, but a bad hangover.

6. Get cut off and walking home early. Never would happen in Chicago, but Denver's different. You had to be sleeping/drooling on the bar to get cut off.

I'm primed right now after something the fiance said to me on this most sacred day, memorial day, about my dead veteran father. This is the straw that broke the camel's back.

I'm workin' on #1. I don't pick fights but I never back down, lol. I will not put up some peckerhead sitting next to me insulting me for hours though. This happened once and he ended up on the floor barking like a seal. Those of you that have been there know what I'm talking about.

OK, I'm out the door! Make your bets and we'll see what happens. I hope someone makes some dough at my expense, lol! :snakeman:

Anyone ever hear the song "Stand Back" by the Allman Brothers? If they did, they just might know how I feel right now.

How about a #15? Some of #1 and some of #5?

#1 and #5 but my money is on #1.
Have a good time ramcharger and let the new bar be a great new place
to go clean up on the pool table and meet some babes,

I hope and pray for the best for ya bud.:-D

So you are a pool player:-k I have a Cuetec Earl Strickland sig series cue
That has been good to me for a few years
I wish I could see your first visit at the biker bar making new friends.:thumbrig:

Good luck and I hope you get everything you are looking for.:-D

Something tells me he will have a red head walk him home.:toothy10:

Hopefully you get lucky with the ladies (#1) or men if you lean that way, please tell us you're not going to a gay biker bar, but if it turns out to be #4 I got dibs on that Small Block off your website.:evil2::evil2::evil2::evil2:

I've always found the biker bars to be the most "real". The attendees tend to be there to have a good time rather than some image crap found in other places.

On a tangentially-related note; one of these days, I'll get around to buzzing Rocky Flats Lounge again. It reminds me of a favorite bar back east. The location isn't so great though.

I'm hoping for scenario #1 and/or #5.

One of my friends owns a recycle center and i buy cars from him. The other day we were discussing our wifes which are both easy on the eyes and good women and the subject came up if his ever left he was going to get him a young one that would just crawl up on top and show out. I had to laugh. Get you one that wants to show out and we'll be waiting to hear back from ya when you get your speech back.

Johnny Dart,
Thanks, almost had one in the bag. She was stacked and about 28. I know right where to find her too.

360 Scamp,
It would have been yours. No one else in family would know what to do with it anyway, lol!

Mikel,
You win!

Memike,
Nice cue! I used to play tournament in the budwieser series years ago and was ranked a 7 out of ten. I'm pretty rusty, but still got a few free drinks.

Demon,
No, it's not that kind of biker bar, and just for that comment Scamp gets the small block too, lol.

Mullinax,
Thanks for the vote of confidence. I got her number and know where she hangs out. The hunt is on! :)

Hey Doc!
Good people there and had a great time. Yes, this place was very real, no posers. I'll PM you and let you know where it's at.

Res1,
Combo of 1 & 5. Won some pool, met a new hottie who swears she's not like other women (I've heard that before, lol.), got pretty toasted and am now trying to drown my hangover with bacon and eggs.

Sounds like my kind of bar. Nothn like a nice M/C bar. I have to agree, the most real people are there, but also a collection of A holes tend to drink to much at times and want to prove there beer muscules are bigger than yours.

I can't afford a fist to cuff anymore. Used to live for them.

Sounds like a good night out for ya ramcharger,:supz:
I bet they was glad to see ya show up.
Good luck on the new hunt.:downtown:

Know you have more time for Quadzilla.

7 out of ten. That is a great feet!

Never ranked But I am veteran.:-k
out of 10 games you would take me 6 times.:notworth:

Glad all is well!!! Have a great day Memorial day.:-D

I hang out at a "real" Biker bar all of the time and have met some of the coolest most realistic people there. Thay don't care about the image as most of them were bikers before it turned into a rich man's trend and actually built their bikes/turn wrenches. Their just a bunch of long haired, tattoo'd covered, beer drinkin, pool playin, good people.

LOL Ramcharger. I can't believe I didn't see this thread earlier. Glad you made it home safely. My weekend was a a little hazey itself. GF was out of town and I ended up a Slims club on Sunday night, Death Angel/God Forbid and a couple other thrash bands played.

Stacked and 28.....Those were the days!!!! LOL

We'll see if she's still interested once she finds out I'm 42. :-D

Excellent! What do I get? A big bag of hundreds? A 1 of 1 '70 Duster with a Hemi?

Sorry man, I'll need the bag of hundreds to get away from the old lady, lol!

Yeah, it does happen. Usually it's some beat off who doesn't even ride or someone who just bought a bike and has on brand new everything and starts shooting their mouth off. The other situation is a when a true club rolls in with three or four prospects in tow, that's a very bad situation.

Sounds like a good night out for ya ramcharger,:supz:

Don't bet on it Mike, I'm mighty rusty lol! I only one about half the games I played.

Exactly Greg. I was a motorcycle mechanic from '84 to '95 and not into the image thing at all.

Cool Thrash! Sounds like a good time.

Nice looking stick Mike, I should buy it for the collection, a MeMike collector cue :-D I used to play a LOT and quite well but I blew a disc in my neck so I can't stay down over the cue anymore. I use a Predator and have a couple Meucci's as well. What is the weight, 19 or so?

What's the weight on that cue?

Good point ramcharger !! Treva did not put that in the sale.
19 oz. If I remember right.

It is a brake and shoot at 59'' long.
I will weight it to make sure.
The weight is not on the cue,
I will drive up the road to the post office and find out the weight.

Sorry to here about your neck, Sounds like you have a nice collection of cue's , This one is a dandy !! I can not find out the born on date or in the
Cuetec's line up anymore.

I have a table at home and still slap them around occasionally but my competitive days are done, 25 years in leagues, hundreds of tournaments, played the BCA in Vegas a few times, that was a hoot :-D Your cue would look good on my wall with the others but you'll have to autograph it "MeMike" if I get it :-D I opened your bidding, I hope it goes well for you

Remind me not to ever challenge you to game. :-D

19's a good weight for me. When I first started getting serious a had to use a 21 to smooth out my shots, but then dropped to 19.

I use a 21 for breaking only now.
