Booster mount issues

Need some help finding a pb booster mount for a 70 dart swinger. I purchased a booster/master cylinder, but can't find a mounting bracket. any info would help.
 
I've got one almost identical to the one shown at that link above.
Half the price , pic tomarrow.
 
This assembly came from Master Brakes. The previous owner used a torch to enlarge the mounting holes at firewall. Must have been attempt at big block or some other install. Nothing that a flat washer wouldn't cure. pm me if you want it.
