i don't get what the S,2,4,6,8 means in the production columns?

I'm pretty sure that's the condition of the car - 1 - 10, and the corresponding value, with S as salvage value.

The production breakdown is all the way at the bottom.

I dont see the "USS monaco" on the bottom of that list? Must just be a hard top...or the unmentioned battleship destroyer package.
