the 9" plungers are smaller than the 10" / 11"

You may have to find someone scrapping a car or doing a brake conversion. Seems like Ford Mustangs and '55-'57 Chevy's may have something similar, but you'll need a sample to compare dimensions.

are the front wheel links smaller than the rear? if they are the same i have 4 that came of my rear 9 inch drum brakes

I have a 67 Cuda parts car with 9” brakes, if I can get out there later today I’ll pull some off for you! I’ll report back!
