These are new, and yes you can get them from Brodix or Koffles.

Those look pretty good but the ex ports are quite different from my eddys. I wonder if the TTI headers would work with them.

Looks like a way to mount the rocker shaft would be needed. The website says the CR should be 11.5-1 min - why?

They'll take standard valve train and the tti web Site has the header info on them. IIRC, they fit no problem.
