I was given a build sheet with my car when I picked it up today. Since it came out of the lower back seat cushion I assumed it was correct for the car. WRONG!!! :cussing:

It's off by about 800 numbers in the sequence.
Where else did they hide these things in a '67?
I know where to look in a '70, but still learning about '67's.

BTW, the one I have is BH29D72217742, and it was a Buffed Silver car.
Anyone happen to have this car and needs it?

I don't know if it is different for the 67's. I would look under the carpet, up behind the glove box and under the seat cushions.

I think the mopar expert Galien Govier (spelling?) has a means of trying to re-unite owners with their build sheets. You give him the number and your contact info and he will give your contact info out if the owner contacts him.

Good Thread i know it can vary but what about a 66 where would it be?

it wasnt under the front bench.. nor the rear. i have had both out and searched. i just didnt search in the backrest of the fron bench.. any suggestions?

Odly enough the 74 pickup i got my motor from.. had its build sheet in the tranny cross member?!?! that threw me off a little.

My 68 GTS convertible had one on the top of the glove box liner and one inserted beneath the back seat upper springs (visible from the trunk). I removed them both over twenty years ago and have them safely stored.
