Buying 73 Dart Swinger

doesn't have the engine but has the tranny. He has all the grill pieces and the tail lights as well. the trunk has already been cut out to replace it w/a new one. I can see some surface rust and look to be some on the drivers side behind the side window. it has all the interior as well and he said the foors have no rust at all. He wants $500 for it.

The car in in TX... the cuda is a 68 fast back and it was used as a parts car for his son!

Slant/ I'm not sure about that. It's a 73 for sure. Do you think they switched the dash or something? It look stock to me.

Looks promising to me, I vote to go for it. My wife's '73 has the same dash and my '75 has a dash with only a seat belt light. Both are original.

The '75 dash has two idiot lights; check "EGR Valve" and "Fasten Seatbelts". The idiot light on that '73 dash is the "Fasten Seatbelt" warning.
Looks legit to me.
