Camber caster setting access

Hello all,
i am looking for any help or tips on how to get access to the camber caster bolts. I need to set my camber caster and can't find any way to get to the bolts when the car is sitting on the ground. I have a 1969 Dart GTS. I know other Mopars have access holes to get to the bolts but not A body. Help!!!

Even with small wheels and tires those are difficult. On a alignment rack you can lossen the hardware just enough that it will move. Set alignment to specs ( which is more difficult with large wheels/tires ) Lift it up lock them down. Suposed to recheck settings but not every alignment tech will recheck.
