Can Anyone Help Me Test a 69 Barracuda 2 Spd Wiper Motor?

I have a 69 Barracuda 2 speed wiper motor that has been sitting on a shelf for a long time. I would like to test it, but I am not sure how. i am pretty good with electric systems, but I can't figure this out. If it works, I'll probably clean/powder coat it and sell it. PS New avatar is my wife helping me strip the paint off the Barracuda a few years ago. She's a keeper.

Ground housing. Touch either one of the two terminals closest to the armature housing with 12volts.

Go to MyMopar. Download one or more factory shop manuals. Some have more, or less helpful info than others, in section 8. You may have to get a Dodge/ vs Plymouth, etc.
