Maybe they should sell them as a Magnum manifold only because they sure as hell don't like bolting up to LA's.

Good idea; works for Edelbrock (their L-A manifolds won't bolt onto a Magnum...)

I bolted a Performer to a 65 odd bolt angle head and never had an issue. I hogged the bolt holes with a die grinder and used a large washer under the smallish bolts. Ghetto as hell but worked fine. Just spot face them, or buy an Edelbrock and have the runner devider wall look like a limp noodle. They are all produced for the best profit margin.
