Comp cam grind blem?????

Is it normal for a 3-bolt cam to not have that nipple coming out of the middle of it? Just a flat surface? Just making sure before I throw it in.

I have never seen a 3 bolt and a center bolt side by side.

That is what a 3-bolt cam core looks like. You are good to go!

Cam gear has a register that fits over the cam snout.

3 bolt BBM cams dont and never had a register in the middle. Good to go.

Just gotta finish opening up my aluminum water pump housing ports and find some steel head gaskets.
