How about pull the lever and it sends 12 volts up your arm.
Keeps the rain out. Windows are not a theft deterrent. With this type of thinking what is the point of windows and rolling them up?
Might as well be driving a Jeep with a cloth top - _ -
I thought that's what the roof was forKeeps the rain out. Windows are not a theft deterrent.
Maybe you should stop. lolI thought........
Don't serve it up ; )Maybe you should stop. lol
You or your son driving? be honest lolThey not only let us drive. They let us tear up the streets
That's what Hank Jr said."Old habits are hard to break and new habits are hard to make" There's a country song there somewhere.
73 up A-Bodies had the internal hood latch release available.
My 73 is external just like the older models
MY 73 does not.
Did you post about what you did for your trunk or just told someone in the passing that you did it?
Yup. The first part anyway. That's what Hank Jr said.
My son don't have gray hair. You or your son driving? be honest lol
yeah, even my 2016 Dart has an electric trunk latch, but a cable pull hood release for just this reasonI wouldn't want it electric/battery powered. Battery dies=you can't get in
Then your not that oldMy son don't have gray hair.
thanks for having one for meYours didn't but others did. It was available but not standard on every model. I've parted out several that had the inside hood release. I have a few latches and cables here but have seen no need to install them. I have a 75 Power Wagon that was built with one too.
My point before was that this topic was started as if you came up with an idea to do something that (whether you knew it or not) has been done well over 50 years ago.
Yeah, maybe back in 2008 or so when I first did it. I used a stock latch and welded a tab to the lever, then attached a cable from a Subaru station wagon. Stuff like this simple if you have some imagination.
No , I am only 70.Then your not that old![]()
Y`all had that kid late in life then, I have to remind myself we had our oldest when I was 21No , I am only 70.

That really depends on genetics... I didn't develop any gray hair till I was well into my 50's.... Thinning, yes... Gray... No!!Y`all had that kid late in life then, I have to remind myself we had our oldest when I was 21![]()
I'm a redhead, so mine is skippin all that grey crap and going straight to white. lol My beard is already all white. That really depends on genetics... I didn't develop any gray hair till I was well into my 50's.... Thinning, yes... Gray... No!!
On the other hand, I have friends that were turning gray just outta high school...
My 69 has a 70 inside hood release handle and 70 hood latch. There was no way to connect the cable to the 69 latch.

True! It was easier to just bolt the 70 hood latch in.
There is little that will stop a dedicated and talented thief.I always thought an inside hood latch was worthless, since you have to get out anyway to operate the secondary latch and then raise the hood. It doesn't slow thieves down, since all they gotta do is break a window to get in. So it's just fluff. Come up with something where you can pull a lever or mash a button from inside the car and the hood raises all by itself and you got something. This is a lazy world. You cash in on THAT and you could be rich.
I was 30 for my first I have 3 four years apartY`all had that kid late in life then, I have to remind myself we had our oldest when I was 21![]()
