Correct thread sealant

I am about to put headers on my dart. What is the best sealant to use on the bolts that go into the water jackets? What do you guys use?

I have always used teflon tape on the header bolts with no issues.

I used the Permatex High Temp Red.

I just put my manifold studs in the slant head with Permatex High Temp Thread Sealant. Not running yet so can't say how well it works. I saw really small tubes in store, but ordered larger one online from Advance.

I appreciate all the input... think i am going to try the loctite. Just looked it up and its good up to 400F.

Ive used Permatex 2b. Stays pliable. Same stuff I use on head
bolts that go through into water and freeze plugs too.
