Had nothing going on last night and decided to hit a cruise about 10 miles from where I live. It was a little warm out so I took my retired Police Car, a 2009 Charger 5.7. Complete with Auto on column and remnants of all the stickers the car used to have and lights in front and rear windows non functional. Car is black and I had the windows tinted. Anyways I parked across the street from the cruise and walked in and immediately from a distance saw a pretty good MOPAR showing.......A 70 Cuda B5, a 70 TA Challenger K5 and another Challenger like a 1972 B5 w/ black vinyl top 340 4-Speed. The 72 was a driver with some battle scars but a great looking sounding car. So the point to this story is the 70 Cuda had hockey stick stripes with the HEMI designation. I looked at the VIN and fender tag and sure enough, a real 70 Hemi Cuda, SHAKER hood, pistol grip 4 speed with no console. Car had a go wing, a roll bar and aluminum radiator. I talked to the owner.....Great guy very willing to talk about his gem. Hes owned the car since 1971 and raced it back in the day......Factory 4.10 Dana car but it currently has 5.13's. I was shocked it had no rallye dash but loved the look of it with its Anson Aluminum Slots. He has all the paperwork on the car and does drive it some. Car is worth a fortune. So get out there and drive them.

So far I've found 2 70 Hemi Cudas with the non rallye dash....and both were owned by the same person. It surprised me too and one of them had the 8 3/4 rear end which was also a surprise but that's the way an automatic came with the Dana being an option iirc.

I was lucky enough to get to drive a friend’s mint 60k mile 70 Hemi Cuda around for a day . Awesome car !

I decided to hit a small show about 45 mins from my house tonight.
Saw this Dart sport - I tried to park next to it but a dang corvette pulled in between. Just as I rolled up.
My Barracuda is getting a lot of praise at a almost all Ford and Chevy show.
Dart sport with a 440. Looks fast. Big meats under the back. Any one recognize it? Member here? Up in Coventry CT.
Small show only about 20 cars. Owner of the property was very concerned about people driving on the lawn….. I’m like “where do you want them to park if you’re hosting a show to promote your business?” lol!
