Will a Dakota rear-end fit under an A-body? I know it wouldn't be bolt-in.

I just don't think anyone knows the drum to drum measurements on a dakota rear.

Well, I just happen to have one out in my south yard. I need to go out and get some pics of sub-frame connectors. Give me a little time.

Ok, spring perches are fine at about 43", BUT drum-to-drum is 63", which is about 5-6" too much on EACH end.

well that's a little wide. My 68 B-body rearend is a little under 60" drum to drum and I wouldn't go any wider than that on a Duster/Demon/Dart Sport, and it needs to be even narrower than that on any other a-body.
