Dash Pad

I put a new dash pad on and there's a gap across the top between pad and frame.
Any suggestions as to fixing this..? I thought maybe some sort of glue or epoxy... just slide some in there with a popsicle stick..? Or, just send it..?
Any ideas would be appreciated..!

When I bought my repo dash from classic, you could not even start all the nuts.
I called them and they said sand the foam down.

That is what they told me to do, I just let it go, it fit ok.
