Drove down south of Tampa this morning to pick up the rearend that TA head was giving away, and a few guy
s told me to go get it !
And ended up with a little bit more goodies. Not really a lot but maybe enough to make it worth the trip.
Steve, he melts down aluminum, like old wheels and automatic transmission cases and pours them down ant nests (hills). Then very carefully digs out around it in a few days. Most people that do it use a water hose and shop vac when they get close, so they don't destroy the form. It's a form of art work. Some do ant hills and some do bees nests in the ground. Never seen one where somebody had enough molten aluminum to do a ground hog burrow....lol.Always good to hear good meet up stories! What the heck is that?

Thanks Mike, Theresa & I try to have some fun doing this and enjoy meeting up with a lot of other members.I enjoyed the laugh, but do want to say good job to you and your very nice/cool supplier and member here. Keep all of those good Florida parts picked so they don't get melted down
Reality Mike !I must admit Al, my eyes popped out of their sockets for a second! Lol
Mikie likie! It will run if it's feed well with fuel and lightning
Yes , disc on front. Parts on the bb pattern 7.25.I see a rear windshield defroster in there. More Glass ! The guy gave me contacts for another guy that wants the front windshield but he didn't want to take it out for the guy.Lot's of good stuff peeking out of those pics! May be a manual disc brake car.
Nothing wrong with the slanty... just not much ROI on those in a pick Id think
