I have the complete front disc brake setup I pulled off a 1975 Dodge Charger. Will the brakes and spindles work on a 1972 Duster? I know I will atleast need the upper ball joint taper adapter as 72 still has the smaller upper ball joint.

Lotta info here, cheers

The spindles and rotors will work. The caliper brackets may be the pin type, but they will also work without any problems. The only issue may be that calipers themselves. I know for sure that there are '73/74 calipers out there that won't work, I'm not 100% sure on the crossover because at some point that body went back to the slider style calipers. Anyway, if those brakes are the pin type you just have to make sure your calipers don't look like the ones on the left, they have clearance issues on A-bodies. The E-body style works fine.

Yes, use '73-'76 upper control arms to accommodate the larger ball joint. The spindles will be taller than stock, but it should not cause any issues.

The ones I pulled off are pin style. They also look like the ones on the left. Do the pin style from those years have the same pin spacing and can be interchanged with the caliper bracket?

Yes. The caliper brackets are the same, only the caliper itself changed. The E-body version of the calipers works fine
