Discs off 74 roadrunner

Will the front discs off a roadrunner fit a 73 duster? Available with control arms and all the goodies locally for cheap, just not sure if I should pull the trigger or not.

The rotors should swap right over, they should just be regular 10.8" rotors. Control arms are different, as are the spindles. The spindles can be used on an A body, but the dimensions are slightly different than the A-body spindles.
