That’s a regular occurrence now. I have a tool I need sitting in New Jersey because the bar code got jacked up or some crap. And the seller isn’t doing much to get it fixed. Come Monday if something hasn’t changed I’m just going to get my money back.

How hard and senselessly expensive would it be to have new backing plates stamped? Is there even enough call for them to warrant such a thing?

A,B,C,D,E,F,M,J body backing plates from 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. 10 inch or 11 inch backing plates and associated brake parts. Kim
Yes, u will have to drill the bottom hole as your plates only have 4 holes. 8.75 has 5 holes. Kim

All '65-'89, 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern Mopar rear drum brake assemblies will interchange. Even though C-clip rears use 4 mounting studs, the backing plates still include the traditional 5 hole bolt pattern.
I intend to reproduce 10 x 2 1/2" backing plates when I can find the right manufacturer.
