door jamb switch - 73 Dart Sport - right side

Which switch would be correct for the 73? Josh's car did not have the right side switch when we dragged it home...

Should I get the one with the "extra" barrel like this pic, or the switch without it? Or does it not matter, as I see both listed as correct for the car?

Based on the driver's side switch that we do have, I'm leaning towards the top pic.

The top photo is a self adjusting switch.

You mount it and close the door, the copper barrel moved into the switch body till it's just right. Put some heavy tape on the door to protect the paint, but it will ware off in time anyway.

The bottom photo might work but not being self adjusting it might bind more on the door during tonight longer plunger
