On the passenger side door, how do you adjust the window so the top back corner of the window will come in to alignment with the front top of the back side window?

There are some instructions with diagrams for the 1970 models at http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/ServiceHighlights/1970PassengerCarHighlights05.shtml if that is what you have?
The first thing to do is check the door hinges for wear.
