The dip in the front drum brakes on a 73 duster were the fins are higher then then were the front wheel mounts. How big of a spacer would a need to fill that gap. would a .312in work.
if they are like mine, pretty much the only wheels those things will take is a steel wheel because the fins stick out and interfere with aftermarket rims. im only guessing here that this is the case with the OP. the only way i could run a centerline or cragar was to space out the mounting so it was flush with the fins. the only way to do this is with longer studs and use a spacer or just get a couple or 1 " billet adapters and go that route. i dont think you can get an adapter less than 1" thick. irate:
