This is an entire assembly from a 66 Valiant 273 parts car that was driven to its final resting place. As of this moment, the brake system is intact and functional with a high, firm pedal..meaning you can take what I send you complete, bolt it in your car with some fresh shoes (I'll include the old ones to save you a core charge at the parts store) and be driving within a couple of short hours.
In this package, you'll get:
Master and prop. valve, with the connecting lines if you need them.
Front Spindles, Hubs, Backing Plates, Drums and all the hardware inside.
Rear Backing plates, Drums, Parking Brake Cables and all the hardware inside.
(The backing plates are for a 7.25 rear)
You may need to replace a stud or two...you may need to replace a spring or two..you may need to surface a drum or two. BUT, what is here, drove and stopped fine as it is. I'm going to take it apart, pack it into boxes and ship it to you as-is. This is a very worthwhile conversion...the difference in stopping power between 9 and 10 inch brakes is huge.
