ebay mopar distributor

I see a guy selling these at auto swap meets all the time. They look like a beer can with a dist. cap.
 
I bought one for a 302 Ford I had to get running. This distributor is an absolute POS. Made in China. The cap keeps falling off. Tried to contact seller; No reply. Don't waste your $.
 
How bad could it be with a snap locking cap like that? Doesnt look too bad to me, but I dont need one so maybe its a little jaded. The 4 pin HEI module is a real upgrade to a slants ECU so I dont think a V8 is gonna be any worse.
 
I put an HEI on my Toy powered crawler. Decided to do same on the 67. Using Accel dist which uses Mopar pickup, stock coil, no ballast, just screwed the HEI to the firewall with "grease." Works just dandy, and tach works OK.
 
The seller doesn't have the greatest feedback rating but not the worst either. He sells lots of stuff though!
