ebay trouble?

Anyone else having trouble seeing auctions on ebay. When I ever I click on an auction I want to look at I get " The page cannot be displayed"

Its driving me nuts.

I kept getting that yesterday when I tryed to vote for the "Top 100" at the top of the page
