It will fit a 318. The ports in the manifold will be slightly bigger than the std 318 heads, but will work. If you put 340/360 heads on the 318, it will fit and the ports will match correctly also.

Yes, it will go on the 318 but like krazycuda said, it will work better with 340 or 360 heads.I need your e mail to send pics or it's listed on Craigslist,Buffalo NY, under auto parts, with pics.
