engine mounts wont sit flat

hi all,i,ve bolted my k frame up to my 451 which is on a stand ,just to check how my skid pan checks out and the k frame just wont mount up flush to the engine mounts,me on one side my dad on the other pulling it up evenly and it just wont come up,there is a 5mill to 10 mill gap on both sides its like my v on the kframe is too far apart for the block and mounts to come up flush,the k frame is out of a 73 cuda which had a 318 on it and i bought the schmacher mounts to fit the big block to it,anyone encounterd this?????????? please see pics

At a glance I would say the k member is tweaked. But I don't have enough info

Why would you buy Schumacher mounts when the mounts for this swap are the same as most big block mounts from 67-ish through 73 or so? Also, hopefully you aren't trying to put that K in an A-body...
