i have decided on putting a RMS altercation with coilover and power rack and pinion, in my 68 fastback cuda. the rear will be a dana 60. it will have a fiberglass hood, bumpers, bumper brackets, and rear deck lid. i will be keeping the stock intierior intack. the motor will be an aluminum rb, with b-1 heads. trans will be a 5 speed od, from passion.

what do you you guys think this will weigh? this is a street car. any other ideas, for weight loss?

with the RMS tubular suspension, would you keep the motor mounts? i'm thinking i will have alot of room, even with them. it will need custom headers, would the mounts be in the way of the headers?

any body have pics of a cuda with 17" wheels? to get any kind of tire on the RMS suspension, they recomend the bigger wheel.

i dont like the ( chip foose dub ) look. i like the sidewall of a 15" wheel. some pics would help me decide on the wheel/brake combo. thanks, brian

There are a few people here with the RMS K and big wheel I am sure they will chime in. Would think standered headers would work tust fine with that set up and motor mounts. If any thing they should fit better and have more room.

As for weight? Only way to know for sure is to weigh it when you get it done. But I would say around 3000LB or so. Thats just a gauss though.
