for the valve cover... i think it would look nice painted shiny black to match your air cleaner... what do you think?

also, door panels. they can be recovered if they are not rotted.

here is a project that a guy did to recover his. he got really fancy, but you can do them on your own time in your own way, and pick your own color!

http://www.hotrodders.com/forum/door-panel-tutorial-145092.html

you can get most of the supplies very cheaply also

Motech performance, they used to be a sponsor here, sells some very nice 17s for about 125 a wheel They look kind of like Torq Thrusts. I have them on my 66 Barracuda. 18s are 137.

Can I see a pic of them on your car?

Ya,I would most likely end up painting that the nice shiny black like the air cleaner,as for the door panels i think I am just going to end up dyeing them with east woods dye.

Today,I picked up some undercoating for some of the floor and The fender wells.Tomorrow I am going to touch up the floor and get the dash prepped for paint .

yeah, no problem. What do you think? They also have grey (which I was originally planning on) and polished. They really change the look of the car even more than the 15s. Dart sports/Demons and Dusters are my second favorite A bodies. (after the Barracudas of course.)

No idea on the sail panels though.

I really like that. Is the inside going to be completely black or are you going to do a complementing color like red or the original blue? Also, I don't know if you've seen this, but there is an edit button right next to the quotes so you can edit your posts a little after you've posted them originally, say if you wanted to add something once you thought you were done. ;)

About no one else commenting, some are like that, you can do all the updates in the world and no one may comment. But don't get discouraged. Once people realize what's going on they'll come in besides, I like watching the updates. I must say, you started out with a really clean car.
