And the customer doesn't care what is happening on your side..all they know is that they paid for something and someone in your company messed up..

Should this be removed ? I am not sure if they would have done anything if members hadn't e-mailed them..

You can only make a first impression once...
 
Just absolutely baffled at their response. They are off my list of potential suppliers. I used Napa once in CO on some of my Trash trucks, fairly decent product, held up well considering we painted the boxes outside. This day and age and that's the response.Course seems like the art of customer service is now an afterthought.
 
i like to hear solution stories that come out positive after the
influence of a website like this is applied sparingly to support a responsible member.
i have a couple cars coming up that will need paint.
these guys are in consideration....
