It's a 1971 duster which was am original 318 car. My brother has since replaced it with a 340 a long time ago. Runs good I'm happy. However I've must of gone through a million front wheel cylinders(4 wheel drum). I've been looking at this kit and am interested in getting it. I understand that I need their upper control arm kit as well. My question is.... The car never came ewupped with a booster, will the master cylinder suffice with the front disc conversion? Maybe next year I'll convert the rear to disc as well. I just want to go about this correctly before I start taking things apart. Thanks

That's a pretty good price. Find some used upper control arms or upgrade to tubular ones, add some ball joints, and you'd be set. Don't forget you'll need a new master cylinder and proportioning valve too.

The price seems high at first glance. To gather used parts and restore to that new condition would cost about the same.
A different upper arm accepting the larger ball joint will be needed. Consider the offset bushing for those upper arms too.
Your current master cylinder has 2 sections of equal size. Disc brake calipers require more fluid thus a larger resivoir section.
