Found a cool steering wheel what is it off of?

Yesterday I helped my pops clean his garage. I came across a steering wheel that he didn't remember what it was off of. Plan on putting it on the 69 dart.

Almost looks like one from a mid 60's PowerWagon. Mine has almost the same style, with same horn button.
