Front spring bushings

How hard is it to change them? Whats involved and can the average Joe do it? Thanks for any input.

easiest to burn out the rubber bushing and then air hammer out the out sleeve....

then press the new one in...

Do you have a press? Or a friend with one.

I don't have a press but have a heavy duty vice
