This is on a '79 Dodge Magnum. The gas tank is slightly smaller than the earlier years at 20 gallon instead of the 25 gallon IIRC.

I broke the rusted return line nipple while taking off the rotted rubber OE fuel line. I would like to use the return line with my electric fuel pump.

I tried a search for a new unit. My eyes are getting scrambled.
Before I order one, IF it can be found, any tips on fixing it?
There is a little bit of the rusted tube still on the sending unit. I'm not sure how much pressure will be seen there and if a simple band clamp will work.

The electric pump is an Edelbrock universal, set for street driving carb pressures of 6psi.

Thanks! That idea crossed my mind but I did not know for sure on how to go about it. These bulk head connectors, where should I look for them?

That could work. You'll need clearance and flat mating surfaces for the bulkhead fitting and fuel compatible seals.
Might be simpler to find a good radiator shop, plumber, someone to braze a new nipple on there.
