Tilly's would be the best place to start in regards to set up.
Are you going the weber route? If so ive been looking into it of late and it looks as though the chevy manifold will work with spacers as its narrower but the manifold will sit higher to match the port entry angle.
Can you play with the bore and stroke ratio at all?
Roller cam is allowable....................nice
I would also head over to the SPEEDTALK forum and pick some brain there as you get some really sharp and accomplished engine builders like Joe sherman and the likes contributing.
Look into Ishihara Johnson for oil control
