Good Streetabe Power

That's the main reason to me to go with larger displacement especially if you want 2.76-3.23 gearing. A 318 would need 3.91 gears to put similar torque to the ground as a 440 with 2.76 (if both were producing similar lbs-ft per cid).
If the 440 had 3.23's what gear would the 318 need?

I'm not allowed to use math apparently lol.

It all about ratio's

A 440 is 138% bigger than a 318 and a 318 is 72% of the size of a 440.
Rpm, torque, gearing etc.. is gonna have same percentage if efficiency is the same lbs-ft per cid if efficiency is different that's also can be factored in.

440 with 3.23 = 318 with 4.47

Obviously I'm talking theoretically, but should be ball park.

He is in real life too. But one of the nicest dudes in the industry. And on top of that, he’s done more dyno testing than (dare I say it?) ANYONE. His knowledge base is deep.
Yeah and he's done a crapton of testing on EVERYTHING too. From engines to motor oil to penetrating oil and everything in between.

Did you buy a car yet?
No sir I have not, I just got 4 spinal injections last week and between back issues and roofing contractors and other family issues it just hasn't been the best summer. I know others have problems to but I feel that honestly is the best thing.
